Rung 02 · the deep audit

The scan reads your pages. This reads your business.

48 hours. The website by hand, then one real enquiry followed end to end. When the free scan shows symptoms, this finds the actual cause. You get a written diagnosis, the fixes in priority order, and a Transformation Map showing what should change, what should stay, and what is not worth spending on.

ENGAGEMENT SPEC — ONE PRODUCT, ONE PRICE
  • Fee. RM800 founding rate for the first ten. RM1,500 after that. 8 places left of 10
  • Credit. The fee credits 100% into a build, or into month one of the Rank Engine retainer, if you commission within 30 days.
  • Window. 48 hours, starting when the intake conversation is complete.
  • Scope. One website · one lead path · one recurring workflow · one recommended intervention.
  • Output. A written report, a Transformation Map, a walkthrough, and either a build recommendation or "change nothing" — in writing either way.

No retainer is attached to this. It is a diagnosis, and it is allowed to conclude that nothing needs buying.

Run the RM0 scan first. It reads the public pages, shows the score on screen, and mails you the full machine report. This goes further: the pages read by hand, and what happens after an enquiry arrives.

Six dimensions

Three live on the website.
Three begin after someone contacts you.

PLUTO scores six machine categories from your public pages. The audit groups those signals into the first three dimensions, then follows one real enquiry and one recurring workflow through the last three. That is where a crawler stops and the business begins.

D1

Can they find you

Crawl access, indexation, technical health, internal linking, and the business details search engines and AI systems can actually read. Every finding names the page and the line it came from.

D2

Does the page answer the question

Search intent, page structure, what the service actually is, the proof on the page, location relevance, and whether the next step is understandable to someone reading it for the first time.

D3

Can they check you out and reach you

Business identity, structured data, visible proof, contact routes, and the friction between reading the page and actually enquiring.

D4

What happens after the enquiry lands

One real lead route traced from first message to booked call, quote, closed file or lost enquiry. Who owns it, how it is qualified, what the next action is, where follow-up stops, and what a system should own instead of you.

D5

Where the work waits or repeats

One recurring workflow mapped from input to completion. Duplicate entry, missing information, unclear ownership, manual chasing and handoff delays, tested against your own volume, time and value.

D6

The smallest thing worth changing — including nothing

Change nothing, write an SOP, train the team on tools you already pay for, wire one workflow, or commission a system. AI is not the default answer, and it does not become one because I happen to build them.

THE ARITHMETIC, AND THE SCOPE BOUND

Your numbers run across D4 to D6, not as a dimension of their own. Enquiry volume, close rate and average job value, run against what the audit found — so the cost of fixing against not fixing is your calculation, not my claim. No loss figure is ever invented.

What the fee covers, exactly: one website · one lead path · one recurring workflow · one recommended intervention. Stating the bound is what keeps 48 hours at RM800 honest instead of underpriced consulting that quietly runs out of road.

Before it can finish

Four things only you can give me.

D1 to D3 run without you. The rest cannot, and an audit that guesses at them is worth nothing. The 48-hour window starts when these are in.

INTAKE REQUIRED
  1. 01 One conversation about how an enquiry reaches you, and what happens next.
  2. 02 Your own numbers: enquiry volume, close rate, average job value.
  3. 03 Search Console and analytics access, if you have them. If you do not, that is recorded as unavailable, never as zero.
  4. 04 Written permission before your name appears anywhere public. Without it you stay anonymous, including on this site.

A real outcome

One of the two paid audits ended with "change nothing".

BATERIHUB — RM1,500, NO RETAINER SOLD

BateriHub BateriHub · named here with written permission · baterihub.com

A Malaysian battery retailer paid the full RM1,500. The site held up under the machine pass and the hand pass, and the Google Business Profile was already maintained properly. The report said so, and no further work was proposed. That is what the fee buys: a straight answer, including when the answer is that your money is better left in your pocket.

No traffic, ranking or revenue figure is claimed for this engagement, because none was measured.

Your website score is not your Academy fit.
